I froze leftover dragon fruit couple days ago so I can make fruit smoothie later; but when I saw Greek yogurt in the fridge today, I decided to make dragon fruit yogurt instead. It turned out delicious!

1/2 cup frozen chopped dragon fruit
1 1/2 cups yogurt
1-2 tbsp raw honey
Place the dragon fruit, yogurt, and honey into the blender. Process until creamy.
