3/4 cup salmon, cooked and shredded
1/4 cup smoked salmon, shredded plus extra for garnish
¼ cup sweet onion or shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 tsp sriracha (Adjust amount of sriracha according to your taste.)
black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice or sriracha, and pepper. Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix the salmon, onion, and dill. Add to the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with some smoked salmon, and place it into a fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with toasted slices of bread, crackers, or crudites.
