On my trip to Malaysia, I encountered some lovely people, and one of them was Rini. I met her at lunch she was hosting at her place. Her dining table was covered with colorful dishes, which I found very appetizing. Most of the dishes she prepared that day were from Spanish cuisine, but she had experimented with them by adding Indian flavors; I especially liked how this fusion method worked on her lamb dish. The food was delicious, and I even got a couple of cooking tips from her. Thank you Rini for your hospitality.
